I don't see a link for the mod. If this guy is charging for this, it's him basically charging for game assets and making money off of a game he didn't develop. Please report to the game developers and to Youtube. Devs don't want people charging for mods that consist of in game graphics. Enhancement tools are different, but this is clearly an in game graphic modification and from what I can tell he's trying to get payments thru Patreon. Also report to Patreon.
